Individual Coaching

How it Works
We start with an intake session where you share what’s going on in your business, your life and what you are looking for in a coach. Then we co-create a plan for working together in a solution based approach to help you reach your goals. Coaching sessions are 50-minutes by phone every other week. Like life, expect to get out what you put in. We develop “homework” exercises for you to complete between sessions. This is where the majority of your progress will happen.

Fees
(4) pre-paid 50 minute sessions – $550
(8) pre-paid 50 minute sessions – $1050

About David Lecours

David has 20 years experience working in marketing. From his first job in Marketing at Paramount Pictures, to his current job as President and Creative Director at LecoursDesign, he has learned from many great bosses, coaches, speakers and authors. Coaching is a way for David to share all the expertise he has gained by providing encouragement, feedback and accountability to his coaching clients. David completed the paraprofessional training program at the Southern California Counseling Center. As a catalyst for positive change, David is also a speaker, trainer and designer.
